These are sturdy and strong and they stack very well. The tops are easy open, but at the same time, reasonably secure. My big complaint is that when they are not in use you can't save space by stacking them inside each other like you can with most storage containers. These are also a little on the small side - too small to store letters cause not long enough. The inside (the important dimensions) are 6 3/8 x 5 x 3 - big enough for CDs laying flat (not standing up) and other small stuff. Overall I'm happy I bought these and I think I'll find uses for them, but I don't love them. Torn between 3 and 4 stars. The price is right.
